Rating (Out of 4): 4
Pros: A great mix of both a superhero film and a political thriller, this movie has more of an intricate plot than its predecessor. Evans again does a great job as Rogers/The Captain, and we get to see more of Samuel L. Jackson, which is never a bad thing. Another standout is Robert Redford, who does a great job as the not-exactly-trustworthy Alexander Pierce.
Cons: Not too much to complain about here. Some may find the overly-explosive finale to be too much like most other superhero movies, given the intelligent way the film has mixed action and intrigue up to that point.
