Rating (Out of 4): 4

Pros: A thoughtful view of a time period where there were still so many unknown places on Earth, and where discovery of new lands and peoples were something the public still found fascinating.  Great cinematography captures the lushness and mysteriousness of the jungle setting.  All of the actors do exceptional work, with Hunnam and Pattinson turning in standout performances.

Cons: Not much to complain about here.
